Pacific nations have some of the toughest abortion laws in the world but some are trying to change that. Many women risk jail to terminate a pregnancy some face even greater dangers. While heated debates about abortion take place in other parts of the world in the Pacific, strict cultural taboos mean it's rarely discussed.
