Qantas customers claiming they could see personal details of other frequent have been assured Wednesday's phone app bungle was a "technology issue" and has been returned to normal. In an email sent on Friday morning, Qantas offered its "sincere apologies" to users who had experienced issues with the Qantas app during the week.
