"Kenny's violent offences have resulted in physical harm to his victims, and he has been known to carry and utilize weapons in the commission of his offences. Kenny has been known to quickly escalate to violence with his partner (girlfriend) or anyone within the community," the news release said.

Kenny has to live under a number of court-ordered conditions including a strict daily curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., unless otherwise approved by his supervisor.

He must live at a residence approved by the provincial court or his supervisor and cannot leave that address without written approval from his supervisor.

He cannot have guests in his home during his curfew unless they've been approved by his supervisor.

He must stay in Edmonton unless approved otherwise.

He must report to his supervisor any vehicles he has access to.

He cannot have any weapons outside of his home and must not drink alcohol or take illegal drugs or intoxicating substances.

Police said anyone with information about any potential breaches by Kenny can contact the EPS at 780-423-4567.
