Britain's Prince Harry leaves the Royal Courts Of Justice in London, on March 30, 2023. Prince Harry's lawyer says the cover-up of unlawful information gathering at British tabloids owned by Rupert Murdoch went all the way to the top. Attorney David Sherborne said Wednesday, March 20, 2024 in the High Court that Murdoch was among the executives at News Group Newspapers aware of skullduggery carried out by journalists and private investigators working for the now-defunct News of the World, and The Sun. Prince Harry has reportedly invited all of the royal family to Wednesday's Invictus Games 10-year celebration in London.

But no senior member of the royals is expected to be at the event honouring veterans at St. Paul's Cathedral with his sister-in-law Kate Middleton battling cancer and his continued estrangement from older brother, Prince William, the New York Post's Page Six reported, citing sources.

Harry, 39, has reportedly not spoken to William, 41, for more than a year following the release of his memoir, Spare.

It's also still unclear whether Harry will see King Charles, also in a cancer battle, while in London.

Page Six reported that Charles is expected to invite Harry and wife Meghan Markle to Balmoral castle in Scotland this summer to see his grandchildren Archie, 4, and 2-year-old Lilibet.

Father and son last saw each other in February when Charles, 75, was diagnosed with cancer and Harry arrived from California for a 30-minute audience with the king.

The Telegraph reported that Charles also has his weekly audience with U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Wednesday before attending the first Buckingham Palace garden party of the season should he be well enough.

Harry is not expected to travel overseas this time until after Archie's fifth birthday celebrations on Monday.

Another big question is whether his cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, and Zara Phillips, all of whom he remains close to, will show up.

Harry now has to stay at a London hotel, like a commoner, after being asked to give up Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor estate.

Later this month, Harry and Meghan, 42, (who won't be on this latest trip) will fly without their children to Nigeria for a tour in connection with the Invictus Games.
