Police Continue to Investigate Collision Involving Motorcycle in Kitchener

Waterloo Region, Ontario - Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Service Unit is investigating a serious collision involving a motorcycle in Kitchener.

On April 24, 2024, at approximately 6:20 p.m., emergency services responded to a collision involving a Toyota motor vehicle and a Kawasaki motorcycle at the intersection of King Street East and Pandora Avenue North.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 25-year-old Waterloo male was transported by air ambulance to an out-of-region hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the Toyota, a 27-year-old Kitchener male reported no physical injuries.

The roadway was closed for several hours for the police investigation.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are anticipated.
