Back pain can be caused by various factors such as poor posture, muscle strain, or underlying health conditions. To alleviate back pain, here are six exercises that can be highly beneficial.

Bridge: The Bridge exercise strengthens the lower back and hamstrings. Lie on your back with knees bent, lift your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from shoulders to knees.

Child's Pose: Child's Pose is a relaxing stretch that helps release tension in the back and shoulders. Sit back on your heels, reach your arms forward, and lower your chest towards the ground.

Pelvic Tilt: Pelvic tilts engage the abdominal muscles and improve pelvic alignment. Lie on your back with knees bent, gently rock your pelvis back and forth to flatten the lower back against the floor.

Cobra Stretch: The Cobra stretch targets the muscles in the lower back and abdomen. Lie on your stomach, place your hands under your shoulders, and lift your chest off the ground while keeping your pelvis grounded.

Cat-Cow Stretch: The Cat-Cow stretch exercise helps improve flexibility in the spine and relieve tension in the back muscles. Start on your hands and knees, arch your back up like a cat, then lower it down as if in a cow position.

Bird-Dog: The Bird-Dog exercise targets the core muscles and stabilizes the spine. Begin on your hands and knees, extend one arm forward while extending the opposite leg back. Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides.
