Mahindra is expected to make an official announcement regarding the XUV700 Blaze edition soon.

Mahindra XUV700 was a runaway success when it was first launched in the market in 2021. It replaced the outgoing XUV500 and came with both 5-seat and 7-seat layouts. Later a 6-seat layout with captain seats in the middle row was also added to the XUV700 range.

Ever since its market launch, Mahindra has introduced plenty of new models in the XUV700 lineup. The next in line will be another special edition model of XUV700. Called the XUV700 Blaze Edition, this will be a limited-run version of XUV700 which will be based on the top-spec AX7 L trim.

While Mahindra is yet to officially announce the launch of the XUV700 Blaze Edition, a video of the same uploaded on YouTube has gone viral. According to the video, the Blaze Edition will be limited to only 2,500 units and it will be priced starting at Rs 25.54 lakh, going up to Rs 26.04 lakh (both prices ex-showroom). This makes it Rs 10,000 dearer than the corresponding AX7 L variant.

The XUV700 Blaze Edition will receive several cosmetic changes over the standard model. For starters, the SUV is wrapped in a Blaze Red colour scheme with a matte finish. Further, it receives gloss-black visual elements on the exterior like the grille, ORVMs, 18-inch alloy wheels, and roof. The Blaze Edition is distinguished from the standard XUV700 with the 'Blaze' badges on the front right fender and tailgate.

Inside, the cabin is accentuated by sporty highlights in the form of red stitching on the upholstery, and red accents on the AC vents, and around the centre console. The dual-tone burgundy and black treatment of the interiors further adds a distinct touch to the Blaze Edition. Add to that, champagne gold finishes on the interior door handles, central AC vents, and steering controls enhance the premium quotient of the cabin.
