England cricketer Jofra Archer was at his very best while playing for Wildey in their semi-final against Carlton in the BCA T20 Cup Championship.

Jofra Archer was at his very best while playing for Wildey in the BCA T20 Cup Championship in Barbados. In the semi-final of the tournament against Carlton on Saturday, May 4, the English speedster bowled with a lot of fire and finished with impressive figures of 3 for 16. In a video going viral on social media, Archer was seen rattling the woodwork with a vicious delivery.
The 29-year-old Archer bowled one outside the off-stump and the batter was beaten by pace. The ball also kept a bit low and the batter missed it altogether. On the back of his spell, Wildey bowled their opponents out for 157 and won the match by 34 runs.
Earlier, Archer also performed exceptionally with the bat in hand. The right-handed hard-hitter scored 54 runs off 20 balls with 4 fours and 5 sixes. Archer made sure that Wildey scored 191 for the loss of 6 wickets after which he put his best foot forward with the ball in hand.

Jofra Archer returns for T20 World Cup
Archer has had his fair share of injuries over the last 3 years. However, he has recently been picked in England's squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup to be held in June in the United States of America (USA) and the West Indies.
"Jofra's that bowler that's just so special you do everything you can to try to get him back playing. We've taken the longer road this time. He's one of those rare cricketers.
When you look at the attributes you want for a bowler in international cricket, Jofra has all of them. A lot of bowlers tick one or two of those, but Jofra has absolutely all of them," England's managing director of men's cricket," Rob Key, said on Archer's selection.
Archer hasn't played international cricket for the Three Lions since the ODI series against Bangladesh back in March 2023. In 15 T20Is thus far, the pacer has picked up only 18 wickets at an economy rate of 7.65 with a 4-wicket haul to his name.
