The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) today announced the results of HSLC and HSSLC 2024 exams. You can check the results from the board's official website - https://nbsenl.edu.in/. In a notification, the board said that original pass certificates have been issued to successful candidates along with marksheets. On HSSLC Compartmental Examination, the board said that it will be conducted in June 2024. A candidate failing in 4 (Four) or less subjects is eligible to sit for the HSSLC Compartmental Examination. Candidates have to apply online through the NBSE portal from 10th to 18th May 2024. The rate of fees is ?650 per subject. "The student also shall surrender their original Admit Card and Marksheet for onward submission to the Board. It should be submitted to the school/centre from where their forms were verified," it added. The HSSLC Improvement Examination shall be conducted in June 2024 for which candidates have to apply online through the NBSE portal from 10th to 18th May 2024. The rate of fees is Rs 650 per subject. For HSLC, compartmental/improvement examination will be conducted in June 2024 as well. "Candidates have to apply online through the NBSE portal from 10th to 18th May 2024. The rate of fees is ?600 per subject. After the online application is submitted, the student will get a message to give their examination fee to the respective school. The school/centre after verifying the forms shall make the payment online," the board said. The Class 10 (HSLC) exams were held from February 13 to 23, 2024, while the Class 12 (HSSLC) exams took place from February 12 to March 6, 2024. The mark sheets for both classes will be handed out to schools between May 3 and May 6, 2024. In the previous year's exams, the results were categorized into Government, Private, and Repeaters. In Government schools, 5419 students were enrolled, with 2466 students passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 49.13%. Private institutions saw a higher enrollment of 15414 students, with an impressive 91.15% pass rate as 13617 students qualified. Among Repeaters, 20833 students enrolled, with 17130 successfully passing, achieving a pass percentage of 70.32%.
