The weekend is here, and it's time to refresh our binge-watch list with some new OTT releases. From Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heermandi on Netflix to Ajay Devgn's Shaitaan, released on OTT, and Anne Hathaway's Idea of You, now on Amazon Prime Video, there's something for everyone. Plus, don't miss Tammannah Bhatia's Aranmanai 4 and a couple of new K-dramas. Get ready to dive into your favourite titles this weekend!

1. Frankly Speaking - Netflix

A renowned announcer who experiences an unexpected loss of self-censorship while on air, gets invited by a TV writer to appear on her variety show. This changes his life forever.

2. The Broken News S2 - Zee5

Following Radha Bhargava's battle for truth against the manipulative tactics of Josh 24×7, this season promises to blur the lines between fact and fiction even further. The series is based on the 2018 British show Press and features Sonali Bendre, Jaideep Ahlawat, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Indraneil Sengupta, Taaruk Raina, Aakash Khurana, and Kiran Kumar.

3. Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar - Netflix

Set in British-ruled India, the story follows the scheming Mallikajaan as she contends with a new rival threatening her reign over an elite house of courtesans.

4. The Holdovers - Amazon Prime Video

In this Alexander Payne film, a grumpy professor at a New England prep school stays on campus during Christmas to watch a group of students. He unexpectedly connects with one troubled student and the school's cook, who lost her son in the Vietnam War, and forms an unlikely bond with them. Starring Paul Giamatti, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, Dominic Sessa, and Carrie Preston, the movie also won the Academy Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role and the Critics Choice Movie Award for Best Actor, among others.

5. Down The Rabbit Hole - Netflix

Follow the story of 10-year-old Tochtli, whose opulent life clashes with the darkness of his father's criminal activities.

6. The Veil - Disney+ Hotstar

This spy thriller series is about two women caught in a dangerous game of truth and deception. As they journey from Istanbul to Paris and London, secrets unravel that could cost many lives. Behind the scenes, CIA and DGSE operatives must join forces to prevent catastrophe. One of the most exciting OTT releases that makes for an edge-of-the-seat thriller.

7. A Man In Full - Netflix

Inspired by Tom Wolfe's novel, which has the same title, A Man In Full is a limited six-episode series. Real estate magnate Charlie Croker is on the brink of bankruptcy. He must navigate a web of political and business challenges while striving to protect his empire from adversaries.

8. Acapulco Season 3 - Apple TV+

The creators of Acapulco are back with a fresh season, following Maximo's return to Las Colinas after causing trouble in the past. Can he make amends with his family and friends? This captivating series is a great addition to the latest OTT releases this week.

7. Costa!! - Netflix

In a coastal resort town, a group of energetic and youthful promoters compete with a rival club to survive in business while living in a vibrant party atmosphere.

8. The Idea of You - Amazon Prime Video

Based on Robinne Lee's book, Anne Hathaway stars in a film about Solène, a 40-year-old single mom who takes her daughter to Coachella. There, they meet Hayes Campbell, the 24-year-old lead singer of August Moon. And then a romance starts between Solène and Hayes. Directed by Michael Showalter, the movie follows the unexpected romance that unfolds during their encounter.

9. Beautiful Rebel - Netflix

Explore the origin story of Italian rock star Gianna Nannini as she pursues her dream against all odds.

10. Wonka - JioCinema

This blockbuster is one of the latest OTT releases this week. It features Timothée Chalamet, a young boy who ventures into a world controlled by a powerful group of chocolatiers, where his innovative ideas change things.

11. Secrets Of The Neanderthals

Secrets of the Neanderthals invites viewers to challenge their perceptions of these ancient beings. It moves beyond stereotyping them as primitive creatures to discuss their complexity and creativity.

12. Aranmanai 4 - Theatres

19. Manjummel Boys - Disney+ Hotstar

If you are looking for OTT releases that fall under the intense survival thriller genre, this Malayalam movie is the one. A bunch of friends go on a daring rescue operation for their friend, who vanishes inside the dangerous depths of the Guna Caves.
